What’s the difference between the Free plan and Starter?

Free gives you a one-time trial: 30 minutes, 10 avatars and 25 MB of knowledge storage. Starter renews every month with 300 minutes, 10 avatars and 250 MB, and adds lead capture, standard knowledge base and basic analytics.

What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?

On every paid plan extra minutes are billed at your plan’s rate: $0.0967, $0.0787, $0.0616 or $0.0524 per minute on Starter, Business, Professional and AI Team. The Free plan has no extra minutes.

What’s included in “AI avatars” vs. “Avatar Creation”?

Avatar Creation is how many avatars you can create (10 once on Free, then 10, 25, 150 or 500 a month). AI avatars are the AI representatives working on your team, which come with the AI Team plan (4).

When do I need the AI Team plan instead of Professional?

Choose AI Team when you want several AI representatives at once: 4 AI avatars and 4 conversations at a time, 500 avatars a month, 50 GB of knowledge storage, advanced integrations, role-based access, a team dashboard and SLA support.
